We're seeking a strategic Group Operations Lead with to drive the Global Accounts Team. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling operational processes within the Cyber industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations within the business unit and its interfaces with the rest of the company
  • Cross-company program management: Partner with cross-company and cross-functional teams to drive the execution and tracking of programs
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Financial Management: Manage P&L for the business unit, ensuring resources are optimally allocated and financial targets are met
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other internal teams.
  • Scalability: Identify and implement strategies for operational scalability, ensuring efficient growth handling
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrable success in scaling operations and driving operational excellence in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, able to motivate and align teams with company vision and objectives.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
