Responsibilities

  • Project Coordinator works closely with Practice Manager/Administrative Director on repairs and maintenance on clinic/department spaces.
  • Project Coordinator helps as a liaison between the IT Department and clinics on IT projects, opening/closing locations, and the on boarding of new providers.
  • Project Coordinator provides training and assistance to enter online maintenance work order request. Is a resource for all things maintenance. Works closely with maintenance, Director of Project Management and CFO - obtaining quotes from contractors; approving high dollar repairs; and submitting capital requests.
  • Project Coordinator works closely with Practice Manager/Administrative Director assisting clinics/departments on UPC Standard building finishes, UPC Standard Medical Equipment, and UPC Standard Furniture.
  • Project Coordinator assists in resolving any out of compliance issues related to signage, building issues, storage issues, and equipment/furniture issues.
  • Project Coordinator oversees all signage needs, reupholster needs, and art needs.
  • Project Coordinator assists in asset inventory within clinics/departments and storage.
  • Project Coordinator assists with all medical equipment repairs.
  • Project Coordinator is responsible for all Staples, Standard Register, Duty Station, Fox Cleaners, Metro Appliance, Grainger, Fastenal, Anatomy Warehouse, and Commercial Medical orders.
  • Project Coordinator is backup to all Purchasing Department staff.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School/GED
