Job Description

Work Days and Expected Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department)

Function: Assumes responsibility for the efficient and accurate functions of the Treasury Management Service and Implementation department with daily oversight of the Department, to ensure efficiency, accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers.

  • Coordinate Treasury Management service set-ups, maintenance, email, phone and reporting duties to ensure timely, accurate work completed.

  • Implement Treasury Management enhancements/projects with existing and new customers.

  • Perform internal/external training and troubleshooting with customers.

  • Review and implement methods to increase the department's level of professionalism and customer service including product and customer training, telephone evaluation and accuracy reviews.

  • Assist with ensuring appropriate set up of IFMS accounts, Business Service Tool (BST) and Extended Account Analysis (XAA) pricing.

  • Utilize various bank systems and tools to coordinate referrals with retail offices, sales officers and other operational departments.

  • Responsible for the purchase, maintenance, repair, and inventory control for Treasury Management Service and Implementation.

  • Responsible to ensure timely completion of quality assurance.

  • Assist with special projects such as new product exploration and implementation, fee change review and notification, procedure documentation as well as look for opportunities to streamline processes.

  • Recommend improvements and stay updated on industry best practices.

  • Assist Treasury Management Service and Implementation Supervisor with training of new departmental staff members.

  • Assist Treasury Management Service and Implementation Supervisor with evaluation of team members by providing input on performance as well as recommendations for new goals for the upcoming year.

  • Assist other members of the team in resolving complex issues including having conversations with dissatisfied customers.

  • Fulfills duties of Treasury Management Service and Implementation Supervisor as needed.

  • Have a working understanding of all Treasury Management services.

  • Maintain a good working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

Physical Demands:

Operates a keypad device: 80% of the day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18'-20' for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Education

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training, or a two-year degree. Must obtain Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) certification within 3-4 years of hire.

Experience

Requires five to ten years general experience with five to ten years of supervision/management, banking, customer service, and/or treasury product experience required.

Salary Range:

$36,438.00 - $70,000.00
