About this role

As a Program Specialist you will oversee residential sites and ensure that all maintenance and household chores are performed according to schedule; that the site is maintained in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; that all records and charting including but not limited to household funds, individual funds, medical records, and other daily and historical logs are up to date and accurate; and that the supervisor and direct care staff act as a cohesive team to accomplish a healthy living environment for the consumers. Making periodic announced and unannounced visits to the house as a measure of supporting staff and to ensure compliance with all aspects of operating residential CLA programs.

Does the following apply to you?

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
  • Associate's Degree/ 60 credits and four (4) years of relevant experience
