Who we are looking for...

Campbell Soup Company is looking for a DevOps Lead to join our critical and highly visible Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) team. This position will primarily be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, optimizing BI processes, and leading the implementation and management of Power BI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of BI systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner within Campbell's as well as manage vendor partners to create and maintain the reporting and data solutions related to BI. The role will also serve as a key contributor to technology innovation for the company by using best-in-class solutions and keeping organization on top of relevant analytical methods.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise BI.

Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Lead the DevOps practices for BI solutions, including version control, automated deployments, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to deliver actionable insights and drive business performance.
* Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience, leveraging advanced features such as DAX calculations, data modeling, and custom visuals
* Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging mechanisms to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of BI systems.
* Create standard templates and processes for the Enterprise Analytics community.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, data analysts, developers, and IT teams to align BI initiatives with business goals and objectives.
* Communicate technical concepts, project updates, and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and training sessions.
* Keep abreast of new analytics approaches, ideas and technologies in external environment and brings in appropriate analytic / data science innovation.
* Work on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
* Manage multiple complex analytics projects, manage priorities to deliver timely results.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 2+ Years proven experience as a DevOps Lead, BI Developer, or Data Engineer with expertise in Power BI development
* Strong business requirements analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Working knowledge of Power BI
* Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
* Passion for learning (new problem domains, algorithms, tools etc.) and for analyzing data
* Ability to grasp complex analytic principles and techniques
* Strong business acumen and demonstrated aptitude for analytics that incite action
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Effective communication skills ability to "tell the story"
* Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines, and levels.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
* Knowledge of CPG industry a plus
* Advanced SQL skills, Snowflake
* Deep Power BI knowledge including DAX calculations, data modeling, and custom visualizations


Working Conditions:
* Anticipated travel of up to 10%

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$85,900-$140,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
