This role is responsible for executing recruiting/talent identification efforts in support of FieldLink's national growth. Opportunity Details
Sourcing and planning recruiting efforts
Boolean searches in resume databases
Manage job postings and applicant qualification process
Utilization of resume database tools
Utilization of invite to apply strategies
Work directly with Recruiting Departments to identify posting strategies
Develop referral networks
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Work with associations and schools to develop talent pipelines
Organize active field employees and pipelines candidates based on geography and skillset to assess full utilization of field employees
Establish and spearhead organization of referral network
Assist Recruiting team with setting up templates and communication strategy for tools
Document and keep up with talent pools developed within recruiting tools
Import candidates from external sources into Applicant Tracking System
Schedule interviews with candidates in support of the Recruiting Department
Coordinate communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups
Core Business Contribution
Maintain Low Voltage/Telecom industry knowledge (new products, projects, industry specific news)
Work directly with management in contributing to the growth of the company
Contribute ideas and processes that can continually improve our services to candidates and clients
Complete ongoing personal training to maintain status as the Company's vertical subject matter expert (SME)

Background We are Seeking
Telecom, Low Voltage or Network Infrastructure technical/installation experience
