We are seeking a Remote Registered Nurse Care Center (PRN) to join our team in PA.

Earn $31/Hour

As a Care Center RN, you will ensure all incoming calls are received and respond in a professional and timely manner, by addressing caller inquiries. You will utilize expert nurse software to review all dashboard entries and alerts, conduct sound nursing assessments, phone triage and video triage (if needed). You will provide advice to support staff for IDD individuals, who have abnormal reported clinical values to the dashboard or symptom-based/injury-based problems. You will perform thorough, concise documentation of all calls as per policy with adherence to confidentiality, company policy and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Current license as an RN in the Commonwealth of PA with ability to obtain multiple out of state RN licenses, Compact RN license.
• One year of experience as an RN.
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and evaluation techniques.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of clinical skills, judgement, current professional practices and analytical capabilities.
• Possess outstanding customer service and act in a respectful, supportive, and empathetic manner.
• Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to adapt to changing needs to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
