As an administration and management trainee, you will participate in a 12-month structured training program designed to develop administrative and technical competence while giving you an understanding of state government organizations and operations. You will work closely with higher-level human resource professionals to grow your knowledge base and expand your skills to prepare you for promotion to higher-level human resource positions. Upon successful completion of this training program, you will be promoted to permanent human resources analyst. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
The purpose of this trainee position is to provide paraprofessional support to the Curriculum Development Division Chief and serve as coordinator for LSO administration and reporting, training metrics and analysis, and course content editing. This position will also conduct technical and functional training sessions independently or in tandem and independently gather data to assess and analyze agency learning and developmental needs. Additional responsibilities include developing and distributing agency-wide training communications, assisting with classroom administration, and other duties assigned by the Division Chief.
