This executive position is responsible for all financial matters, working to develop strategic planning for long term and day-to-day operational concerns and fiscal policies. In this role, you will be responsible for supervisory and professional accounting work in the maintenance of the housing authority's fiscal records. Work includes directing and coordinating the preparation of documentation, financial statements, and reports to control the housing authority's funds. Duties may include supervising accounting and clerical personnel involved in receiving, recording, and reporting accounting data including general ledgers and balance sheets, as well as preparing analytical accounting reports and budgetary projections for the Executive Director and Program Personnel. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various independent Auditors and Regulatory Agency Auditors while conducting their on-site reviews.
