Bachelor's degree preferred with 4+ years of equivalent work experience required.

Minimum 5+ years of talent acquisition functional experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Must have experience leveraging data and analytics to develop recruitment strategies and evaluate ROI

Travel required up to 25%
