The Master Scheduler Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a comprehensive scheduling system for manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that production schedules and supply activities align with customer demands, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. The Master Scheduler Lead plays a critical role in optimizing production efficiency, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Creating a master schedule for all facilities within the Infor Advanced Scheduling and Supply umbrellas; and work directly with the locations on implementation and execution. This position reports to the VP of Integrated Business Planning.

1. Lead of the Infor Advanced Scheduling tool for Project thrive.
2. Lead, mentor scheduling staff, providing guidance on best practices in scheduling and inventory management
3. Evaluate schedules, shipping destinations, product runs, for cost reduction and optimization.
4. Travel to sites as needed for training and system needs. Workclosely with cross functional teams to identify and implement opportunities to drive.
5. improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
6. Collaborate with production, sales, procurement, and logistics departments to create a cohesive and realistic schedule that meets all parties' needs.
7. Prepare and present reports on scheduling performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement to senior management.
8. Make suggestions for changes to the product mix based on cost, availability, and supply.
9. Handle all system requirements, programming, inputs, outputs, and issues within the advance planning tool from Infor
10. Create reports and analytical data on schedule adherence, efficiency, and other KPI.
11. Develop and implement a detailed production schedule that aligns with customer demands, inventory objectives, and production capacity.
12. Analyze and forecast demand for products to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient production planning.
13. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review production schedules, address any issues, and make adjustments as needed.

Competencies

1. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.Excellentskills specifically related to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), PowerBI and ERP Systems.
2. Ability to solve complex problems through decision making, extensive research, analysis and evaluation of multiple variables.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability working with all types of individuals from corporate to plant. Experience challenging business units and other departments on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans with specific focus on end-to-end execution and impact on downstream processes/systems.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, Minimum of 5+ years continuous improvement experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred with 7+ years previous Scheduling experience.

Related Experience:5+ years of experience in leading and scheduling 7+ years with managing multi-site leadership preferred.High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, ERP System(s), Downtime Reporting applications, Maintenance Software.Project Management (PMP) Certification preferred.

Physical: This position will require employees to walk up stairways and be able to be in the field standing for long periods of time (2 to 4 hours at a time). Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Sensory: Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see.

Mental/Reasoning:Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
