We are looking for talented individuals to join our ReadyNow Home Office Development Program! If you love a fast-paced, ever-changing, challenging and competitive environment, and have a desire to gain experience throughout home office, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

HOW IT WORKS

In this 18-month development program, you will join a team of new-to-pharmaceutical-industry professionals and will have the opportunity to experience working within several departments within home office. Upon completion of onboarding and training, you will be assigned to various departments on rotation assignments of varying lengths. After completion of each rotation, your new rotation assignment will be determined based on business needs.

WHAT'S YOUR ULTIMATE GOAL ALONG THE WAY

Your goal is to earn a permanent position as a ReadyNow Home Office Personnel. You will demonstrate success in this role through collaboration with your Leadership Team and your larger Otsuka headquarters team, overall performance, and exemplifying the established behaviors of an Otsuka Home Office employee. You will be asked to manage projects, implement deliverables, and demonstrate your overall revenue through your ability to collaborate, provide business insights, and development of specific department and company knowledge.

Promotion is not guaranteed, it's earned! So, you will have to demonstrate that you have what it takes to be a star at Otsuka!

Job Description:

  • Support the Print Specialist team through all aspects of the print process
  • Perform invoice reconciliation from various sources and maintain currency of various related tracking systems
  • Requisition SOW/ROS in Ariba to generate Purchase Orders (PO) across brands
  • Assist with the planning and prodution of virtual meeting
  • Marketing Services as needed to support the Marketing Operations & Brand Teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Demonstrates the ability to problem solve collaboratively within a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and accepting of new projects
