We are seeking Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in our Wilkes Barre, PA location.

Position Details

This position will coordinate and facilitate Family Engagement meetings and/or encourage utilization of Family Group Decision Making (FGDM). Will work to develop a relationship that engages the family and allows for identification of family members' strengths and abilities in relationship to maintaining the safety, permanency and well-being of the child. Will work to build a relationship with family members by being available consistently to family members though frequent contact and timely response to family members' questions and concerns. Will maintain efforts to identify and locate as many family members as possible throughout involvement in the case (including securing contact information including addresses, phone numbers, alias or maiden names). This position will use Family Mapping and other best practice techniques during involvement in each case to engage family members and to gather further information about extended family members. Focus on gathering information related to both maternal and paternal family members. Participate in ongoing teaming meetings and assist families and county agency with concurrent planning. Participate in Permanency Roundtable Meetings as a permanency consultant.

Earn: $21.42 per hr
