The Digital Solution Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Dealer sales strategies and goals. The purpose of this role is to work the leads received from the various field sales teams and other channels through a consultative sales model. In addition, provide field support, convert on sales through in/outbound call campaigns, and facilitate the activation of dealerships & ongoing account/relationship management duties.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Digital Solution Sales & Account Manager will work closely with our dealer customers to ensure an effective relationship that will enhance loyalty and customer retention that will lead to long-term portfolio growth.

  • Lead management and contact strategies
  • Capture all Dealer contacts
  • Present monthly updates to leadership and provide insights and learnings
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and share with product team
  • Lead dealer customers through on-boarding and sales processes
  • Use consultative-sales-minded approach to find solutions for dealers that fit their dealership needs
  • Facilitate training and education
  • Consult, train, and partner with Account Managers to promote understanding of the value of the program, generate leads with their dealers, and partner to facilitate a successful customer experience
  • Provide technical support and expectations of next steps to dealerships
  • Collaborate with partner teams to monitor for, communicate, and support the resolution of any technical product issues you or a customer identifies.
  • Ability to take or make call volumes as directed by the business need

Skills:

  • Understand how Dealerships operate; experience working in dealership preferred
  • Interpersonal skills by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and confidence
  • An analytical/critical thinker who can make decisions based on data or facts provided
  • Outstanding Communication leveraging active listening, professional and positive tone
  • Written Communication and offline data entry
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer/Application skills - OVI, Microsoft Office, etc. are preferred

Required Education/Experience:

  • College Degree preferred or other equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Dealer and/or Sales and/or software sales experience is a plus
  • Remote working, specific location not required
  • Periodic travel may be required throughout year
