Earn $62,000 - $66,000/yearly.

Position Details

The Program Director responsible for clinical and operational oversight of the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) through management of all relevant functions related to ensuring the highest level of fidelity to the DDTT model and mission. Position requires direct supervision of program operations.

The Program Director will, also, be responsible for:

  • Developing and demonstrating a collaborative work environment in support of Merakey' s Core Values.
  • Creating a culture that fully engages employees and empowers others to suggest and make decisions for continuing improvement.
  • Providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from payors.
  • Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations.
  • Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field required.
  • Licensed in the state of PA - LPC, LSW, LCSW, BSL, LMFT, etc.
  • Unlicensed applicants can be considered, but will need to be approved before offer can be made.
    • Applicants are required to identify a process to obtain licensure within an agreed amount of time
  • Experience in the behavioral health field required.
    • Two years in a mental health setting.
    • Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • At least two years of program management experience.
  • Valid PA Driver's license and ability to pass appropriate clearances required.
