The Talent Development & Learning Manager is a new role responsible for the design and deployment of talent and learning initiatives for our salaried and non-technician employees. Position Summary:
The Talent Development and Learning Manager will lead the design and deployment of talent and learning initiatives for salaried and non-technician employees. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this individual will play a crucial role in HR transformation, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of a full cycle performance management process, coaching and feedback, individual development plans, learning & career paths, and leadership development initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, individual development, leadership development, learning & career paths, and engagement initiatives.

* Own the performance management and talent review processes, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance to organizational needs.

* Deploy talent programs and initiatives, including goal setting, year-end performance reviews, regular check-in conversations, performance improvement plans, 360-degree feedback, succession plans, and talent retention action items.

* Design and deploy individual development plans and career paths for employees, providing ongoing support and guidance on progress.

* Oversee and administer leadership development programs, focusing on coaching, feedback, growth and retention.
Job Description

* Administer annual engagement surveys and provide training and guidance on effective action planning to increase engagement and retention.

* Create job aids and training materials, and schedule and facilitate performance and talent process guidance/training sessions.

* Initiate talent process communications to leaders and employees, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational core values and messaging.

* Design and implement talent and performance modules in a modern HCM system (ADP), build learning career paths in our LMS (LogicBay), and leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

* Utilize talent analytics to evaluate and track the effectiveness of current programs, recommending and implementing enhancements and new initiatives as appropriate.

* Prepare and report on key talent metrics, including talent review data, succession planning, internal moves, and promotions.

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Talent/L&D Center of Excellence (CoE) role, or as an HR Partner/HR Manager executing talent development, performance management, and talent initiatives. Previous managerial or leadership experience preferred, demonstrating the ability to inspire and lead team performance.

* Experience building HCM talent processes and LMS career paths, ADP + LogicBay experience preferred.

* Experience utilizing Behavioral Assessments such as Caliper, DISC, MBTI to enhance team performance.

* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning, with a commitment to staying updated on innovations in the field.

* Ability to foster trust, influence, coach, and guide talent at all career stages, business leaders, and teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

* Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on presentation, interpersonal communication, and preparation of high-quality documents and reports.

* Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity effectively.

* Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
