Take the next step in your professional social service career and apply for this position to help protect the rights and welfare of children in our community!This County Casework Supervisor position oversees caseworkers of BCCYF, guides decision making, ensures comprehensive investigation and service planning, covers supervised employees' caseloads when needed, and participates in supervising emergency duty. BCCYF supervisors are the main support for our caseworkers and may assist in the development and revision of department policies, procedures, and practices. You will mentor caseworkers, collaborate with community stakeholders, and work with the administrative team to lead the agency. Help lead our team in providing the resources needed to strengthen families and ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of the children we serve.
