Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Responsible for building and design the ERP strategic roadmap in liaison with the ERP Global Head and the ERP Solutions Leads. Contribute to build and responsible to manage the 3 to 5 years strategic roadmap for ERP.

• Preparing business cases for new initiatives and prioritizing projects based on assessment and evaluation of business cases Identifying and managing stakeholders for projects.

• Responsible to the ERP Project Portfolio Governance. Managing the global ERP Project Management team based in North America Europe, and Emerging markets.

• Coordinating and providing oversight for portfolio management activities including drawing out project charters and defining requirements and targets. Anchoring project timelines, milestones and KPIs till delivery.

• Centralizing, coordinating, and overseeing the management of projects' procedures and documentations - such as project charters, status report templates, risk & issue logs, closedown forms.

• Leading demand and capacity management for ERP projects. Monitoring all project risks and issues, actioning risk mitigation plans as necessary, and escalating major issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Define and communicate a governance structure with the business and other IT stakeholders to manage demand and delivery handshakes. Leading the day-to-day running of the PMO and Governance team.

• Managing the global team in executing ERP TSA exit plan strategy and ensuring timely exit.

• Overall responsibility that the solution portfolio meets business service levels. Escalation oversight for support.

• Accountable for reporting and tracking project and portfolio related KPIs.

• Provide oversight to the ERP resources in Global Development center for work prioritization.

• Responsible to consolidate and supervise the ERP Project Portfolio Financials. Responsible for budget preparation, consolidation and monitoring for initiatives in the Global ERP applications space.

• Responsible for budget allocation, financials, reporting and execution in the Global ERP function. Accountable for on-time and within-budget delivery of projects that meet business requirements.

• Responsible to lead the ERP solution partners relationships. Lead the vendors selection to be engaged to new initiatives.

• Lead the request for proposal process in liaison with procurement. Responsible for the vendors proposals technical evaluation. Lead the resources selection.

• Drive the contracts preparation in close collaboration with procurement and legal departments. Manage the contract execution including milestones completion and deliverables. Managing licenses.

• Responsible to lead the ERP Project Portfolio dependencies. Responsible to coordinate the ERP Project Portfolio with the other IT workstreams. Accountable to drive the dependencies tracker.

• Responsible to lead the risks mitigation and resolution. Lead the communication process with all IT teams.

• Maintaining consistent visibility on status of strategic and other high priority projects. Preparing for and interacting with Lead of ERP and other relevant committees on strategic/large projects.

Here are the minimum qualifications for this position:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required with a specialization in Management, Engineering or Computer Science preferred. MBA preferred.

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of SAP Project Management experience required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management Financials experience required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with SAP Global Vendors Management required.

• Extensive hands-on experience in ERP implementations including three - five major ERP and Legal Entity consolidations.

• Experience in a large multinational publicly traded company. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Must be able to lead and develop cross-functional, multi-disciplinary high-performing teams. Provide strategic and tactical direction and governance for the team.

• Direct supervision of managers.

• Skilled with SAP Project Methodology and SAP S/4 HANA migration.

• This role has remote working flexibility, however preference for this role to be based in Canonsburg, PA.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
