You will provide technical support to the foresters in their forestry duties and assist in the management of state forest lands and private forest lands. In your role, you will support the Clear Creek District staff with technical forestry tasks to improve forest management on state and other forested lands. This involves aiding Foresters in collecting field data for stand analysis and forest management plans. Additionally, you will assist in stewardship practices like tree planting, timber stand improvement, and wildlife habitat management, as well as wildfire prevention and suppression activities as directed by management.
