As a County Casework Supervisor, maintaining organization and structure to assist casework staff in their job performance duties to include assigning and reviewing cases will be essential. Your responsibilities will include supervising caseworkers who investigate allegations of childhood physical, sexual or emotional abuse and/or neglect or children who are at imminent risk of same. In order to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children served, you will have the opportunity to assess and/or provide direct and case management services to abused or neglected children and their families in both in and out-of-the home placements.
