Our next full-time Floor Supervisor will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Floor Supervisors assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
To Be Blunt
You will be challenged to work tactically to service our patients with care and efficiency while also serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD).
One minute you will be opening the store and prepping staff for the first few customers
The next minute you will be training a new employee on our POS system and Ecommerce platform
And the next minute assisting a patient with a difficult question around product usage
Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work within a diverse team in the organization.
Where you'll be planted
This position will be on-site in our Allentown, PA dispensary. Our hours of operation are 9am - 8pm 7 days per week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

We value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role we know you'll need:
    • Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
    • At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
    • Cannabis experience a plus
    • Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
Physical Requirements:
    • Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
    • Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
    • Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system
