Job Summary
The Global SAP COE Lead role is responsible for leading SAP implementations across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, India, Africa and Asia Pac, establishing scalable SAP delivery teams and building capabilities, best practices around change management, quality assurance, training, release management, and AMS management. The role requires the building of a multiyear plan in simplifying ERP system landscapes and establishing the S4 journey for the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Globally lead COE for successful SAP Programs/Projects delivery.
  • Champion change and deep business operations, IT & stakeholder engagement
  • Modernize SAP delivery and build leading practices for change management, quality assurance, SAP program / project performance scorecards and training.
  • Build high performance delivery teams.
  • Oversee operations and troubleshooting of Ingersoll Rand applications.
  • Drive application integration strategy & execution with M&A.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for individual and team performance.
  • Develop client relationships and share best practices across the organization.
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies to support business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum fifteen years of SAP implementation experience for large global enterprises.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing industry, including SAP S4 transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse and global teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, and security practices.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in supporting opportunity and business case development, business process re-engineering, organizational change management, transition planning, system development lifecycles, program/project management and fielding of business applications in a large-scale enterprise with complex organizational and IT structures.
  • Business process knowledge in manufacturing industry - Plan, Make, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Service and Finance.


Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Remote with 25% travel

  • Demonstrates strong and highly effective interpersonal skills and able to build and maintaining long-term relationships, coalitions, and networks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors for mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, security practices, and audit compliance.
