Job Summary
The SAP Delivery Lead - Americas is responsible for providing a single point of accountability to deliver SAP ecosystem platforms, provides people leadership on IT engagement processes, provides thoughtful leadership on strategic direction (business & IT), and provides results leadership that ensures successful delivery of SAP Programs / Projects in the Americas region.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful delivery of SAP Programs/Projects in the Americas.
  • Build high-performance delivery teams and superuser community.
  • Driver and champion of change and stakeholder management.
  • Solution Architect, design, and operate IR business applications, setting standards and controls.
  • Lead operations, overseeing application reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Align IT standards, drive ERP simplification, and integrate applications post-M&A.
  • Establish measurable goals, manage budgets, and facilitate organization development.
  • Develop client relationships, share best practices, and ensure communication with IT and business operations
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum ten years of SAP delivery leadership and end to end implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in business process knowledge within manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing personnel and external vendors.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, and security practices.


Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Remote with 25% travel
