Responsibilities

  • Receive, create, analyze, track, and/or delegate Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks for the MDA Chief Architect's Warfighter/International Integration office (MDA/CAI) and supporting organizations, as required
  • Coordinate tasks and technical issues associated with a foreign country, including direct interfaces between MDA and U.S. foreign partners
  • Participate in technical meetings and working groups; coordinate with Government teams to assist with task prioritization, resolve issues, and facilitate supervisory decisions. Track action items. Produce and deliver meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate foreign disclosure for briefings, data sharing and information exchanges between the MDA and partnering nations and organizations
  • Support ongoing international engineering analyses including NATO, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, and CENTCOM support, cooperative technical work, and associated policy agreement work
  • Provide engineering/scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for developmental and operational weapon system engineering programs
  • Support development of International Agreements to address technical aspects of technology transfer, export control policy and agreement obligation

Travel: 5%-15% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations could be necessary depending on the needs of the Government


Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with TMT or other task management software
  • Able to review, prioritize, and coordinate technical documentation and tasks
  • Excellent listening ability with a corresponding skill to capture details of policy and technical discussions
  • Work independently and as part of a Team to identify and solve engineering problems
  • Possess an ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development and required international engineering documentation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Possess in-depth practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Have a current U.S. Passport

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree and 3+ years' experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD program/project

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with interacting and supporting senior-level government customers
  • Experience generating briefings, white papers, and presenting information at the executive level
  • Experience with missile defense programs
