We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, People Team Advisor to support our People Governance function. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supports the execution and delivery of HR solutions of core COE-designed processes including People Governance, Talent and Development, Compensation & Mobility, Employee Relations, M&A and Special Projects across a specified internal client group. Work includes, but not limited to, mildly complex support of Year-End Compensation Planning, Annual Talent review and Succession planning, Performance Management and Manager Feedback across multiple client groups
  • Intake and triage within set guidelines on Reasonable Accommodation cases, employee/manager inquiries, etc.
  • Supports in the delivery of ad hoc reporting & analysis, M&A work and special projects
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of people actions within established policy and program guidelines. Work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direction of senior staff on complex projects and analyses
  • No direct reports

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree or certification or certification in process preferred
  • 1-3 years of progressive related experience preferred with demonstrated success in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards Planning
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to problem solve and thrive in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective Organization and time management
