You will evaluate, develop and implement individual and group occupational therapy to further the treatment of patients and residents. In doing so, you will help increase the total impact of services provided to individuals. You will use your expertise to improve a variety of individual skills including acute care, physical dysfunction, and sensory integrative dysfunction. You will provide comprehensive evaluations for any adaptive equipment and orthotic devices. You will also collaborate with other members of staff to meet patients' and residents' needs. The work you do will assist patients and residents in developing, retaining, and strengthening their basic functional skills, as well as reaching their personal goals.
