The Technology Services Office is looking for an individual to make independent decisions dealing with the day-to-day IT operations including managing all service desk tickets and assigning and monitoring day-to-day issues and tasks. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to assist the Keystone Building IT Coordinator in managing information technology support for the Infrastructure and Economic Development Delivery Center, TSO Team at sites located in the Harrisburg Area. In this role, you will serve as lead worker over other IT Generalists, consultant staff, and IT interns by providing a variety of technical IT work and support functions. This position reports to the Office of Administration, Technology Services Office (TSO) Infrastructure and Economic Development (IED) Delivery Center, IT Coordinator Division providing support for PennDOT, the Department of Community & Economic Development, and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. Duties include managing all service desk tickets, assigning and monitoring day-to-day issues and tasks, and providing IT support for end users. You will also expand your responsibilities to include leading implementation of major IT projects, providing guidance on the proper use of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management and other tools, as well as directing and overseeing support for Mobile Device Management.
