In this Administrative Officer 2 role, you will monitor personnel responsible for processing Tier II Hazardous Chemical Inventory reports and Toxic Release Inventory reports, as well as process invoices and remittances and provide assistance to employers, emergency response providers, and the public. You will serve as the project manager on tasks as assigned and coordinate information technology (IT) process improvement projects for the program area in addition to serving as the on-going project manager for the Pennsylvania Tier II System (PATTS).
You will be responsible for identifying budgetary needs for the program area and assisting in the preparation of program concept papers and program revision requests, detailing new initiatives and the associated costs for implementation. You will also compose grant proposals as necessary and oversee staff in Central Collections to include the intake of all bureau monies.
