Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans and schedules installation and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex systems, or service installed jobs
  • Assists in implementing and maintaining quality assurance program to continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitors job status and controls job costs
  • Job closure process
  • Training and development of team members
  • Supervises team members and plays role in hiring process of new talent

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of project management experience in the physical and electronic security industries
  • Valid license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with analog/digital multi-meter
  • Two to four years of technical school (preferably in Electronics Training or equivalent Military training)
  • Has a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, and operations
  • Good subcontracting skills required
  • An understanding of job financial reports, and the ability to control costs in the handling of large projects

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry maximum of 50lbs (occasionally)
