The employee in this role will assess requests for reports and data, collaborating closely with operational managers across all levels of Driver and Vehicle Services. They will provide advice and suggestions for improvement, as well as develop processes to enhance business efficiency through the use of data and reporting tools. The position will also propose automation solutions where appropriate, recommend output enhancements to reduce manual processing, and enhance work quality. Additionally, the employee will handle complex and analytical scheduled reports tasks and take on project lead responsibilities for the development and utilization of reports related to driver license and motor vehicle technology systems. To accomplish these tasks, the employee will gather relevant background data, conduct interviews with employees and managers from different operational areas, and utilize problem-solving skills to propose improvements that streamline operations and provide reporting tools to operational managers and executive staff.
