A Brief Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the lab of Dr. Audrey John as a research technician. This position will work alongside scientists investigating changes in the human metabolome due to infectious diseases. The technician will be trained in the use of high resolution gas chromatography mass spectrometry analysis and be expected to work independently on the analysis of breath, urine, and other body fluids. This position will require a chemistry background. There will also be opportunities to assist with data analysis and manuscript preparation.
