1st shift Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm, OT and Weekends as needed

Pay Starts at $25./hr. and can go up based upon experience!

Onsite at Ivyland, Pennsylvania

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. In addition to these duties, this individual will have the opportunity to study under a senior maintenance professional in order to gain a wide range of skills such as building repair, preventative maintenance, plumbing, HVAC work, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. This individual should have experience in a manufacturing organization with machinery, Lockout/Tagout procedures, preventative maintenance, and more.

Responsibilities:
* Install, troubleshoot, and repair basic plant electrical (up to 460V), lighting, mechanical, and plumbing
* Maintenance of factory machinery such as CNCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics, cranes/hoist.
* Operate machinery such as electronic and electrical testing equipment, meters, and gauges
* Follow Total Preventative Maintenance Program
* Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems in consistence with health and safety regulations
* Perform manual repairs when necessary
* Perform Lockout/Tagout & follow all maintenance & plant safety measures.
* Operate various types of measuring equipment such as electrical testers and micro meters

Basic Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 5-8 years' experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing organization, a must
* Electrical and Mechanical Skills, a must
* Ability to read and understand all schematics and blueprints, a must
* Ability to operate all fork lift trucks, a must
* Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field, preferred
* Formal EH&S experience, preferred
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* Ability to use various power and hand tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
* Ability to work at heights/operate manlifts
* Able to work overtime when required

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
* Fully site based

Key Competencies:
* Formal EH&S experience, preferred
* 2-4 Years of Plumbing experience, preferred
* 2-4 years of General Carpentry, preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
