Ansell is looking for an Associate Director, IT - HR Applications to join our team in Iselin, NJ or Brussels, Belgium!

In this position you will play a vital role in managing the Global HR Applications team to design, architect and implement Oracle HCM (EBS and Cloud) and other HRIS applications. Responsible for business process improvement, integration, and provide technology solutions to meet Organization's HR function needs. Assist in

planning and the implementation of short- and long-term strategies, and projects. Act as solutions architect and analyze business requirements to provide effective solutions.

What your role will be?

  • Act as the main voice of the HR department for business requirement gatherings
  • Manage training needs and enhance in-house capability to support HR applications
  • globally
  • Ensure effective implementation and operation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) EBS and Cloud applications
  • Manage Global HR applications encompassing Oracle EPM (PBCS FCCS)
  • Act as solution architect for HR application fixes/enhancements to complement global standards
  • Provide support for creation and maintenance of Workforce analytics to allow
  • enterprise leadership to optimize human resource management
  • Ensure effective integration of HR applications with third party vendors
  • Establish HR reporting, analytics, and robust dashboards
  • Oversee data security and Global HR application security
  • Manage functional, development and testing application analysts
  • Responsible for managing Testing and Migration of code following Ansell's SDLC process and ensure appropriate documentation
  • Assure adherence to proper Project Management procedures for implementation of
  • all software either developed in-house or purchased

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM (EBS and
  • Cloud) applications with 3+ years in IT people and project management
  • Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion HCM experience required
  • Implementation of multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM applications required
  • Configure / Support Oracle EBS and Cloud HR applications and HR Data Security
  • Experience in Oracle OBIEE, BI Publisher, Web ADI development, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Knowledge of Workflow and AME approval process
  • Ability to perform business requirements gathering and gap analysis
  • Experience in leading Functional, Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience with Oracle AIM/Unified implementation methodology) AIM /UM templates
  • Exposure to Oracle learning management, benefits, payroll, compensation and other
  • HR applications is a plus
  • MBA, PHR/SPHR, Six Sigma, PMP certification is preferred
