Role + Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and sales team for commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Assist in product selection, sizing, and application support.
• Act as an escalation path for product and application-related issues in the region, ensuring effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of interactions between customers, representatives, and internal teams.
• Provide technical assistance to sales team on quotes for products and services.
• Conduct quote follow-up support activities.
• Serve as an internal resource for product-specific knowledge.
• Address field opportunities (pre/post-sales) and offer training assistance.
• Create and maintain technical materials and knowledge articles for future reference.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance processes.

Qualification + Profile

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any technical field with 2+ years of related experience
• Understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively present information in a clear and organized manner, and respond professionally and appropriately to questions of managers, reps, and customers
• Ability to travel 20-25% as needed
