What you will be doing?

The Technical Product Delivery Manager is responsible for leading their team in the successful delivery of final product. You will manage, mentor, coach and provide leadership to the product delivery team responsible for building, managing, and supporting the product. Partner with various stakeholders both within and outside of IT to promote open lines of communication and adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards and processes.

  • Manage a team of Software Engineers responsible for systems analysis, design, development, and testing of computer systems
  • Adhere to standard Information Technology and Applications Development practices and guidelines, including SDLC methodologies. Provide regular status reports, code asset management and other administrative functions.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, control and close project activities
  • Define and verify scope, develop project plans and timetables, and create roles and responsibilities matrix
  • Develop work plans for each subproject/team and prepare summary for management review.
  • Execute and maintain project plans; review, track, monitor and report on project status; identify, track and resolve issues by proposing viable solutions.
  • Calculate, mitigate and monitor risk, creating contingency plans and advising management, as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain working relationship with all departments, stakeholders and external customers involved with project.
  • Collaborate, coordinate and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
  • Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
