Job Description

The position will report directly into the Director of FP&A supporting Hill International globally. The position will be based at Hill's Center City Philadelphia, PA office. The role will be a hybrid of remote and in office work requiring a 50/50 split. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and be a quick study. Proficiency in Excel is required. Needs to be able to interpret data and present results to users of the data. Be able to identify and explain variances. Excellent written and verbal communications. Must be very neat, organized and focused. Feels comfortable interacting with all levels of staff domestically and internationally.


  • Heavily involved in the preparation of the monthly Business Unit reporting. Including monthly Income Statements, Revenue reporting, Gross Margin Reporting and G&A expense reporting.
  • Heavily involved in the preparation and distribution of the monthly Business Unit forecast reporting Excel templates.
  • Assist in the review of the monthly Excel backlog report with Business Unit Controllers.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets and supporting schedules as needed for all Business Units. This includes a bottoms up budgeting approach.
  • Work with large sets of data using Excel modeling to analyze key metrics of the business.
  • Provides other financial support and ad hoc financial analyses to the finance organization and other key stakeholders within the company.
  • Monitor work processes for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • Experience in the construction industry or manufacturing industry a plus.
  • BA/BS in Finance or Business Administration (or related field) required.
  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • OneStream or Hyperion reporting experience a plus.
  • Deltek Vantagepoint system experience a plus.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants' qualifications, education, and experience.
