Ansell is looking for an Associate Manager, Quality Assurance to join our team in Reno, NV!

In this position you will play a vital role in providing quality related support and enable quality as a differentiator to grow the Life Sciences Solutions and Surgical business units.

What your role will be?

  • Partner with our complaint administrators to ensure Life Science and Surgical customer complaints are meeting the established metrics for timeliness and quality of response.
  • Monitor complaint dashboards to identify trends and reoccurring systemic issues that are negatively impacting the business.
  • Utilize the Scientific Affairs team to tap into our lab partner network to coordinate testing to solve customer issues
  • Establish a process to obtain feedback and improve complaint handling process
  • Ensure consistency and availability of relevant quality documents
  • Act as the point person and provide input to the direction for customer inquiries redirecting support to the right group, elevating critical or repeated requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Continue to review and align user needs with product specifications for key offerings and make recommendations to consistently meet customer commitments. Analyze and gather relevant VOC for change control
  • Develop standard agreements in conjunction with the overall agreement model and preview Quality agreements and NDAs to ensure they align with this policy. Identify deviations and lead discussions for inclusions with key stakeholders.
  • Review and facilitate Quality audits with the right QAMs, clear requests with appropriate teams and potentially participate/lead internal, regulatory, or partner audits as needed
  • Contribute to quality related training, FAQs etc. as requested by other support groups

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree in science/technical area or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in quality
  • Experience in a global / multinational environment
  • Trouble shooting customer issues preferred
  • Exposure to Life Science/Medical Market
