The Senior Transactions Analyst is responsible for assisting with obtaining, reviewing, and organizing due diligence documents associated with transactions. They handle various transactions simultaneously and at times the most complex transactions.

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

  • Manage a high-volume of transactions.

  • Obtain and organize due diligence materials for transactions, both internally and externally sourced.

  • Partner with the Investment and Capital Markets Teams throughout the entire transaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to review and analyze operational risks.

  • Timely communication of any identified risks or perceived issues to others on the deal team.

  • Propose and communicate solutions to resolve risks identified during due diligence.

  • Actively seek a better understanding of processes to become a subject matter expert.

  • Work with outside vendors to obtain necessary inspections including but not limited to surveys, PCA's, Environmental, etc.

  • Special requests as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, BA degreepreferred.

  • Background in commercial real estate preferred.

  • Familiarity with transactional documentation is a plus.

  • Strong technical and interpersonal skillsrequired.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeProducts

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and growth-oriented company.

  • Experience with Yardi andDealpathpreferred.
