Job Description


Staffmark is currently seeking an Onsite Supervisor for a company specializing in picking and packing products located in Fredericksburg, PA.


Pay Rate: $22 per hour


Shift: Monday to Friday, flexibility is required as a candidate may be needed to work the 2nd shift.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise talent on 1st and 2nd shifts
  • Maintain daily communication with candidates
  • Conduct daily meetings with the Client
  • Provide on-the-spot problem-solving
  • Manage timekeeping and payroll responsibilities
  • Ensure completion of first-day tasks
  • Conduct employee coachings
  • Assist with recruiting efforts
  • Conduct potential candidate tours
