Ansell is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Channel Marketing to join our team in Iselin, NJ; Houston, TX or Cowansville, Canada!

Role Profile:

  • Position Title: Sr. Specialist, Channel Marketing
  • Job Location: Iselin, NJ; Houston, TX or Cowansville, Canada
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Status: Exempt
  • Reports to: Associate Director, Channel Marketing

Specific responsibilities include: Flawless execution of channel marketing programs for 5 customers in North America. Lead regional level executions, and measure the success of campaigns, events, trade shows, new product introductions, and portfolio growth initiatives by defining and reporting on KPIs. Help design creative elements to bring distributor focused initiatives to life. Support growth of distributor e-commerce platforms through digital marketing, category management, and product enrichment initiatives.

What would this role look like in detail?

  • Provide thought leadership to contribute to the development of Distributor marketing strategies aligned with both the Global Marketing and distributor business objectives.
  • Lead the development and approvals of Distributor marketing calendar plans aligned to the defined Distributor marketing strategies. This is inclusive of development of engaging sales enablement plans.
  • Develop and implement all Distributor marketing activities (digital/traditional) with excellence through internal and external partners.
  • Support sales enablement for the Distributor with the development of custom sales collaterals and coordination of sales training for new product launches.
  • Plan and attend Distributor trade shows and events. Execute against the creative brief.
  • Serve as a consultant within the organization in the development of relevant content to be used with Distributors and End-User plans.
  • Supports ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Measure and report the impact of our channel marketing activities

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 3+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade/Channel Marketing experience
  • Knowledge and experience with digital marketing required
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of how to effectively manage the relationship between manufacturer, distributor, and end-users to influence results
  • A strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing
  • Experience in leveraging paid, owned, and earned media within marketing plans
  • Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators, both leading and lagging.
  • Approximately 20% travel required for travel to meet with customers and to attend/ host trade shows and customer events.
