Job Summary (Primary function):

The Senior Product Strategy Specialist participates in the development of the marketing strategy and execution of key personnel and non-personnel marketing initiatives. Works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Market Insights, Medical Affairs, the MLR team and external agency partners.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities):

* Develop and implement an integrated personnel / non-personnel marketing strategy focused on healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

* Develop and execute personnel / non-personnel promotional programs and tactics, manage through the MLR process and ensure alignment and integration across channels.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal.

* Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives.

* Work closely with key oncology stakeholders including nurses, hospitals, office staff, GPOs, and professional societies.

* Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge.

* Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.

* Budget preparation and maintenance.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency):

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or relevant scientific area

* Ability to work with external brand agencies and vendors on a day-to-day basis and managing promotional budgets.

* Ability to collaborate closely with agencies and other team members.

* Ability to understand and develop multi-channel promotional plans for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products.

* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities.
