PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Sales Tracking & Order Entry Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of all sales opportunities (MQL, Leads, Existing Accounts) in Salesforce.com. Manage sales tracking & payouts for VAR Incentive Programs. Manage order entry/invoicing via CMS for Mobilus Subscription, Subscription Agencies & Misc. Third Parties.
  • SAE Mobilus Support: Assist with SAE Mobilus support inquiries/troubleshooting, work in tandem with SAE Product/IT to strategize & resolve customer inquiries and streamline sales processes and account set-up processes. Run usage statistic reports for SAE Resellers and/or Management on monthly basis or by request to assist in identifying upsell opportunities or at-risk accounts.
  • Assist with requests for license agreements, maintain sales collateral, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements for trade shows, SOPs, maintaining files and other projects as assigned.
  • Work with Finance and directly with the reseller/distributor to collect overdue invoices payments to ensure all SAE accounts are balanced and in good standing.
  • Contributing to the achievement of SAE's organizational goals and additional projects as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 3 years experience in sales field required
  • 5 years customer service experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Web Access Module, CMS, SalesForce, SharePoint
  • Expert level understanding of SAE's electronic and print products and services
  • Ability to independently make decisions, plan, prioritize, organize and execute responsibilities and creatively solve problems
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines and goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to deal with short deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Global savvy - ability to communicate across cultures throughout the world
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Expert customer relationship skills
  • Managing customer databases (CMS and Sales Force)
  • Knowledge of distribution channels in overseas markets
  • Ability to act as the liaison to customer with various internal departments
