Position Summary:

As an Oracle SCM Professional, the Senior Analyst will work in a collaborative team to support, maintain and enhance the IT application landscape involving Oracle Cloud and other legacy Manufacturing and Commercial applications.

As part of the SCM Business Technology team, the Senior Analyst will support and maintain the Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules within the Oracle Cloud ERP system by resolving issues and applying updates in order that the modules are kept up-to-date and working as intended.

Function as a primary resource for gathering new requirements, design approved solutions in collaboration with other functional analysts, IT consultants and development resources.

After-hours/on-call/change activity may be required at times.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with key stakeholders as an Oracle Cloud Order Management functional expert to map broader Supply Chain (MFG, WIP, INV, BOM, Costing) and Order Management Cloud applications, aligned with leading business processes and conduct gap/impact analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Active participation in preparing various project documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.
  • Explain the business requirements to other team members in the project. Experienced in designing business processes and integrations.
  • Write functional requirement documents.
  • Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments.
  • Works closely with users during user acceptance testing phase.
  • Provide support to end users on day to day troubleshooting and ticket resolution.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Worked on the setups and configurations of OM, INV, PO, Advance Pricing and AR modules.
  • Good understanding of data conversion, transformation, and integration capabilities with legacy applications.
  • Understanding of File based data import and export.
  • Strong understanding of integration methodologies with cloud / On-Prem applications (concepts of REST API's, File based data exchange etc)
  • Understanding of major setups and configurations related to SCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Modules (OTM, warehouse management, procure to pay, order to cash, advanced inventory management and Inventory accounting)
  • Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities.
  • Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product and Cloud Infra support group.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations / support projects of Oracle eBS (R12 & 11i) involving Order Management / O2C module across industry domains (Experience in CPG industry would be an asset)
  • Prior experience with IT transformation from an AS400 ordering system to Order Management cloud system would be an asset.

Key Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules including supply chain planning, warehouse management procure to pay, order to cash, advanced inventory management / accounting.
  • Expert in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and SCM design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Landscapes
  • Ability to building conceptual and logical architectures in Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to develop enterprise architecture artifacts and documentation including, but are not limited to, current and future systems/landscapes, business capability maps roadmaps, and process design documents.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
  • Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies.
  • Skilled at influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making.

Position Requirements:

Education and Work History:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience with implementing Oracle SCM (Cloud/Non-Cloud) solutions. Have been part of at least two full lifecycle of supply planning Implementations.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Analyst.
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods (food & beverage preferred) is a plus.
  • Oracle cloud certification would be an asset.
