Summary:
The Payroll & HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing the company payroll process and maintaining the HRIS platforms related to HR and Payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll:
    • Processing payroll for multi-state pay groups
    • Support internal & external payroll audits
    • Assist in developing payroll processes, eliminate inefficiencies, implement and communicate changes
    • Train and support Payroll team members at various locations
    • Collaborate with Finance team to improve processes
  • Human Resource Systems:
    • Maintain HR data in payroll system.
    • Regular auditing of data to ensure accuracy.
    • Export regular and ad hoc reports from payroll & HR systems for various reporting requirements.
    • Manage & track payroll key metrics.
    • Develop data processing guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • A BA/BS in Human Resources or Finance with knowledge of HR systems
  • 3-5 years Payroll experience with a background in Human Resources
  • Experience with payroll and HR systems, Dayforce and SAP a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
  • Ability to communicate and enforce payroll guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel, Power BI a plus.
  • Acute attention to detail and data integrity
  • Understanding of Affirmative Action Reporting
  • Must be eager to grow & develop within the role.
  • 0-10% Travel
