Purpose: TheEnrollment Specialist is a crucial member of our team, responsible for supporting enrollment and billing processes for our diverse clientele. This role is instrumental in identifying opportunities for process enhancement while maintaining compliance and meeting service level agreements.
Essential Functions:
? Provide operational support for enrollment and billing tasks.
? Generate and analyze reports to support daily activities.
? Identify and implement process improvements.
? Process COB updates and oversee reconciliation processes.
? Maintain and update compliance documentation.
? Assist teams with technical issues and monitor regulatory changes.
? Implement new software functionalities and ensure thorough understanding across teams.
Qualifications:
? 5+ years in Health Insurance Enrollment, preferably in Medicare Managed Care and Billing.
? Proficiency in QNXT/Facets Enrollment and Microsoft Office.
? Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
? Team player with a self-driven work ethic.
Location: Fully Remote, Eastern Time zone workday required.
Work Hours: Standard Business Hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time with some flexibility required.)
Training: 2-week training in Eastern Time zone, followed by shadowing.
Responsibilities: Supporting teams and clients, monitoring workload, tracking issues, and facilitating communication.
Performance Indicators: Minimal client escalations and support for processing and compliance inquiries.
Nice-to-Have: EAM & QNXT experience.
Must-Have: Medicare Advantage Enrollment experience and a self-driven work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits:
? Annual salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00, based on experience.
? Eligible for Cognizant's annual incentive program.
