This role facilitates individual and/or family therapy sessions which may include parent coaching, and crisis intervention for each child/family/adult assigned to his/her caseload. This position creates the treatment plan, crisis/safety plan and collaborates with and/or directs an interdisciplinary team.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work or other related field
• Experience writing and implementing treatment plans.
• Valid PA Driver's License and appropriate state and federal clearances.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care preferred.
