Radius Global Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of integrated omnichannel customer engagement services and technology is hiring Call Center Collections Representatives for our personal insurance clients. This is a remote position.

Hourly pay of $15 per hour plus an average incentive of $400 to $600 per month based on team performance! You will interact with clients collecting on early stage and later stage debts on behalf of our personal insurance clients. A high level of customer service is required for this role.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Collections Representative :
* Reviewing accounts on a daily basis and maintaining all work queue and desk assignments.
* Contacting borrowers via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email to attempt debt collection.
* Establishing borrower location and contact information via skip tracing if necessary.
* Establishing borrower's ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/options available to them.
* Tracking and reporting all account information into computer through our collections system.
* Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is sent out to borrowers, following up to ensure that paperwork is returned and then submitting it in a timely manner.
* Meeting or exceeding all daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
* Understanding and following all federal and state laws with regards to collections policies and procedures.
* Passing annual required compliance testing.
* Performing other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements of the Call Center Collections Representative:
* This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with consumers.
* You must also be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, or collections preferred.
Schedule Requirements for the Call Center Collections Representative:
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST and Thursday 10:00am - 7:00PM EST
