We are seeking and experienced Structural Design Revit/CAD Technicianfor our Building and Facilities Structural Group in either Douglassville or Philadelphia, PA. You will work on a wide variety of meaningful projects with engineering and design needs which will challenge you.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform related drawing developmentusing REVITon large scale building projects.
  • Support drawingpreparation for layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural and engineering designs.
  • Formatting drawings to client standards using several software.
  • Creating BIM models using REVIT.
  • Collaborate with other production team members.
  • Have an understanding of engineering and architectural documentation and preparation of structural drawings.
  • Must be able to work in a group setting and monitor projects for standards compliance and general modeling errors.
  • Review BIM models for design coordination issues.

Required Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience providing plan preparation and project deliverable drawings and files for building structures and foundations.
  • Significant design experience with REVIT (please be prepared to show samples).
  • Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.

Compensation Range:

$90,486.00 - $120,648.00
