You will be responsible for offering guidance and supervision to telephone intake care managers and assessors when necessary. Duties also include organizing, monitoring, reviewing, and approving all paperwork and data entry, as well as ensuring the accuracy and completeness of consumer data in the SAMS database by analyzing it for compliance with established standards.
