We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Third Party Governance II to join our Enterprise Sourcing Officeteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Job Description:

As part of the Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) Quality Management Team, this role will assist in executing and evolving quality and control processes to ensure ESO is delivering accurate, timely, and risk-controlled products. The role includes analysis of the findings of the quality process to identify and drive process improvements, preventative controls, and automation opportunities.

  • Drive execution of quality review processes and coordinate remediation of findings with business stakeholders to ensure processes are completed with accuracy
  • Improve the effectiveness of the quality review process by identifying and implementing opportunities to automate oversight and create deeper insight into the quality of ESO processes
  • Identify and escalate process and system enhancements that will improve the quality of the ESO processes
  • Analyze production processes to establish quality metrics and procedures
  • Maintain thorough understanding of the Enterprise Sourcing Office processes and regularly engage with management and stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements, drive compliance, and provide greater insight in the execution of the quality process
  • Produce effective reporting that proactively identifies any gaps or issues in ESO processes
  • Lead the creation of presentations for senior management, with the strong ability to communicate complex concepts and strategies in a cohesive and creative manner
  • Report and escalate progress/issues to management, as needed
  • Provide guidance to more junior staff. Assist with training, skill development and coaching, workload allocation across resources, and work product reviews

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • 7-10 years of total work experience, preferred
  • Quality, Third Party Risk Management, Contracting, or Procurement experience preferred
  • Experience managing and responding to Audit inquiries
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and drive workload autonomously
  • Experience driving solutions and working as part of a flexible high performing team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to articulate concepts and strategies effectively
